Rohan Vidyarthi is a founder driven by vision, execution, and the belief that strong systems build strong businesses. His entrepreneurial journey began in the medical billing industry, where he gained deep, hands-on exposure to complex workflows, compliance demands, and operational challenges faced by service-based organizations working with global clients.
While building and managing medical billing operations for U.S. healthcare providers, Rohan developed a sharp understanding of how process gaps, delayed information, and inefficient systems can directly impact business growth. This experience shaped his leadership mindset— focused on structure, accountability, and technology as enablers of scale.
With a clear ambition to build a future-ready professional services organization, Rohan founded AI Accounting & Financial Services. His vision was not limited to a single service line, but to create a platform-driven business that blends smart processes, automation, and people-led execution to support businesses in making confident, informed decisions.

Mitesh Parmar’s journey began in a small town, where limited resources never limited his ambition. With a strong belief that education, discipline, and perseverance can transform lives, he pursued higher studies in commerce with the goal of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Early in his career, Mitesh developed a strong interest in global accounting, particularly the U.S. financial ecosystem. Through consistent learning and hands-on experience, he built expertise in US accounting, payroll, taxation, and compliance.
With 7+ years of professional experience, Mitesh combines technical accounting expertise with strong business acumen and advanced software proficiency. As CFO and Co-Founder, he believes accounting is not just compliance, but a strategic foundation for sustainable growth.
